Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons.
Order Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders are processed within 3–10 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following business day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to update your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Central America: 10–25 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
- Other countries: 11–30 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than usual. Orders may take up to 40 business days to arrive.
